Q. Can you recover a failed hard drive? Yes, we have multiple tools for hard drive recovery. We charge a flat $100 to recover data and write it to DVD. If you have a hard drive that cannot be recovered, then we only charge a $25.00 service fee, and we can direct you to a lab that can recover data at a substantial cost. Q. Can you configure my smartphone? We are experienced with multiple smart phone OS's.
At this time in order to keeps costs down we do not offer a drop-off site. We do offer pick up service for no additional charge, unless the site it well outside the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. Call us first to make sure there is no pick up fee. |
