Your data is encrypted at your site, and transmitted securely to my site, where it is then replicated to an offsite location approximately 90 miles away. This is done 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If there is a disaster, trust a local company to come onsite and assist you with getting your data restored. If your data is too large to copy across the internet, I will copy that data to an external hard drive, and physically drive it to your location and restore the data.

- Spyware/MalwareVirus Removal
- Spyware and virus removal can be a tricky business. Over the years, the people who write these programs have become more sophisticated. The removal tools available have also changed, and they constantly change. With the amount of virus' I see on a weekly basis, I've been able to adapt to the removal techniques. It's easiest (and more cost effective) for me to pick up your infected computer, and clean the infection. At my office, I'm able to utilize all of the tools available, as well as additional hardware if I need to put the hard drive in another system to scan it. I offer this service for $99.00, if done at my location. If done at your location, the charge is $90.00 per hour.
- Spam and Anti-Virus Filtering
- I partner with a hosted company that allows you incoming AND outgoing mail to be filtered. This keeps the spam OFF of your network thereby cutting down on network traffic. This service also filters outgoing mail, this way, if a virus does infect a machine and starts to send out spam, your network will not be blacklisted.
- Remote support and monitoring at a discounted rate
- Computers are just like cars. They need regular maintenance. This include disk defragmentation, event log viewing and resolving of issues. Not to mention Windows updates, normal AV Scans, temporary file clean up. I offer this service for a small monthly fee per computer. I also offer this same service for servers. If you sign up for my monthly support, you will get a certain number of free hours each month, and any additional onsite services will be discounted.
- PC Cleanup and Optimization
- PC's are dust magnets. Anytime you open a computer case you'll notice it's full of dust bunnies. Most people will go to the trouble of opening up their computers and spraying compressed air. This is a good step, unfortunately, if you do this inside, you only move the dust around - and it will be back in a few days.
- There are also a number of programs and utilities that will help the computer to run faster. Our engineers are well versed in cleaning and optimizing computers.
- Wired and Wireless network installs
- We are experienced at doing wireless site survey's to ensure excellent coverage of the wireless access points, in order to optimize the cost of wireless access points to save yo money. We also suggest business class Wireless Access Points, instead of home use wireless access points.
- We also have experience with wired network installs. Some times its not economically feasible for you to do wireless - there may be radio interference, environmental interference, or just too much square footage to cover with WiFi.
- Small Business Network Installations
- We are experienced with Windows Small Business Server installations. We are also experienced with Windows Standard Network installations. We have experience working with Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and Sharepoint.
