We offer a variety of services. MOST of these services can be covered with the hourly rate. There are a few exceptions.
Secure Offsite Backup
This is a separate backup to your normal onsite backup. The
data will be backed up nightly (7 days a week/365 days a year) to a
secure site that is ALSO backed up weekly, to a separate offsite
storage facility 100 miles away.
Spyware/Malware/Virus Removal
The removal of Spyware/Malware/and Virus' can require long scan
periods, and multiple reboots. Its more cost effective for the
customer for us
to work on your computer, at our location since we can do multiple
things at once.
$99.00 Flat Fee if done at OUR location. Hourly if
performed onsite.
Web page design
Since each web page is different, we cannot give a flat rate on the
cost of a web page. After an initial consultation, a written
estimate will be provided.
Scheduled Remote Checkups.
This includes connecting to your network at least 3 times a
week and verifying the following:
- Nightly backups completed successfully.
- Anti-Virus Definition files are current.
- Windows Updates are Current.
- Check available disk space.
- Discounted hourly rates apply if you sign up for
this service.
Weekly/Monthly/Hourly onsite support.
Let us be your IT department. We can provide support
for you onsite on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This
entails an engineer showing up at your office on a scheduled basis, and
spending time taking care of all aspects of your network; Servers,
Desktops, Printers, Switches, Firewalls, as well as helping to
provide the direction of your IT strategies. This service can
be terminated at any time. There are no long term contracts.
Along with this service, You will receive a complete assessment of
your network to keep whether you utilize CSBCS or not.. That way, if
you decide to
hire someone full time, you can provide them with that Network
Binder
to allow the transition to go smoothly.
